Da ich auf den 16.09. recht spontan mit meiner Freundin zusammenziehe möchte ich relativ spontan meine schöne 1,5 Zimmer Dachgeschosswohnung loswerden :-)
Im Mietvertrag stehen 26m², allerdings wird die Fläche unter der Schräge nur halb berechnet, die Grundfläche ist also deutlich größer.
Die Wohnung an sich ist super und für eine 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung optimal geschnitten, es ist fast als wären es vier Räume da alles schön voneinander abgetrennt ist, so hab ich eigentlich Schlafzimmer Wohnzimmmer Küche und Bad :-)
schön hell durch die großen Fenster, kleine Küche und ein relativ großes Bad.
Nähe Fahnenbergplatz, 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof, zur Uni oder in die Innenstadt.
