Hallo,
da ich mit meiner Freundin zusammenziehen werde, bin ich auf der Suche nach einem Nachmieter für meine Wohnung in Landwasser. Es handelt sich um eine Kellerwohnung, genauer gesagt eine Einzimmerwohnung mit Küche und Bad. Die Gesamtgröße beträgt ca 36qm. Die Wohnung wird zum März frei aber ein früherer Einzug ist auch möglich.
Die Miete beträgt 340,- im Monat. Die Kaution beträgt 680,-
Fünf Gehminuten entfernt befindet siche eine REWE, ein Bäcker, eine Apotheke und eine Sparkasse. Auch die S-Bahnhaltestelle Moosweiher ist nur ca. 5 Minuten entfernt.
Es gibt einen Internetvertrag (20,- pro Monat) und einige Möbelstücke (100,- für alles) die übernommen werden sollen. Es handelt sich dabei um ein Bettgestell (1,40 x 2,00), einen Badezimmerschrank,einen Schuhschrank, einen Küchentisch mit zwei Stühlen und einen Staubsauger.
