Ich biete mein 1-Zimmer Apartment im Wohnheim The Fizz in Freiburg, daher kann es nur an Studenten vermietet werden. Das Apartment verfügt über ein eigenes modernes Bad und eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank und ist voll möbliert (Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Kleiderschrank, Sideboard, Bett).
Das Apartment ist sehr modern eingereichtet und nach hinten zum Innenhof gelegen, sodass es sehr leise ist. Die Uni kann mit der Bahn 4 oder auch dem Fahrrad sehr schnell errreicht werden.
Im Preis sind bereits alle Nebenkosten inklusive Strom, Internet und Kabelanschluss enthalten. Ein PKW-Stellplatz kann dazu gebucht werden.
Für die Wäsche gibt es einen gemeinsamen Waschraum mit Waschmaschinen und Trockner gegen Bezahlung.

I am looking for a new tenant for my bright and fully furnished studio, as I will be moving to a shared flat with a friend of mine. My current contract is valid still until 30 September 2020, but it is very well possible that you will be able to prolong it, if you wish to do so.
Apart from a spacious, well equipped room you will have both your own bathroom and kitchen corner. If you wish to cook and eat together with your friends you can use the large communal kitchen.
Living in The Fizz includes having access to the wash and study rooms, but also being able to count on the local house management if any questions come up. Also, you can borrow a vacuum cleaner and many other things you need in your daily life.
The house is located in the district of Zähringen, with a tram station just outside the door and a storage room to keep your bike safe.

Das Apartment liegt in Zähringen von wo aus die Innenstadt schnell zu erreichen ist. Es gibt in fünf Minuten Fußweg einen dm und auch verschiedene Supermärkte sowie Fitnessstudios.
The location is perfect to buy groceries and other things you need. There is a little village center very close.
Vom Wohnheim aus werden verschiedene Events angeboten, sodass man schnell neue Leute kennenlernt und Anschluss findet.
Damit ihr hier einziehen dürft, ist es wichtig, dass ihr hier an der Uni studiert.
