Ich suche einen Zwischenmieter für meine schöne Altbauwohnung direkt am Fürther Stadtpark.
Die Wohnung ist ca 75 qm groß und verfügt über einen großen Balkon, der zum ruhigen Hinterhof liegt. Es gibt einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, ein Bad mit Dusche, eine kleine Abstellkammer mit Wasch-Trockner und eine komplett ausgestatte Küche mit Spülmaschine.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, wobei ich ein paar Dinge mitnehmen müsste, aber das können wir dann gerne noch alles besprechen (auch wenn du auf der Suche nach einer unmöblierten Wohnung bist - auch fein). Solltest du die Wohnung bis April brauchen, würde das auch gehen.
Hunde und Haustiere sind vom Vermieter aus erlaubt.
