vorzugsweise für Wohnungstausch.
Ich möchte gerne meine 1-Zimmer Penthouse Wohnung zum 01.01.2024 abgeben. Ich bin jedoch flexibel was das Auszugsdatum angeht (+- 1 Monat).
Ich würde wenn möglich gerne die Möbel gegen mit der Wohnung abgeben. Darin enthalten ist eine hochwertige Couch mit elektrischer Ausfahrfunktion (1 Jahr alt), ein elektrischer Bürotisch, welcher die Funktion hat als Stehtisch genutzt zu werden (1 Jahr alt) und weitere Möbel wie bspw. Bett (inkl. Lattenrost und wenn gewünscht Matratze), Kleiderschrank, Garderobe etc. (siehe Bilder). Aber alles kein Muss.
Das Gebäude ist ein Neubau und entsprechend gut isoliert und gedämmt. Die Einwohner sind sehr freundlich.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe der Bahnhofstraße in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Gießener Bahnhof.
Ein Aldi ist fußläufig in 3 Minuten zu erreichen.
In der Miete ist bis auf Strom alles enthalten, auch die Möbel.
Die Wohnung ist ideal für Leute, die kurzfristig etwas suchen und sich nicht mit Möbelkauf etc. herumschlagen möchten.
