1-wie du dir die Wohnung leisten kannst (Gehalt? Beruf?) Wenn du Unterlagen vorlegen kannst, wäre das super!
2-ob du die Möbel mitnimmst oder welche hast? Alles muss bleiben! Kannst du später verkaufen :-)

Alles auf den Bildern wird/kann für den Preis bleiben:
Sehr schöne Einbauküche, die ich verkaufe (im Preis inbegriffen). Mit Spülmaschine von Miele und Kühlschrank und 4-Plattenherd und Backofen. Sowie Wasserkocher. (Spülmaschine muss repariert werden, ich benutze sie nicht und sie hat ein Abflussproblem. Mir wurde gesagt, das Problem sei geringfügig!)

Was ist in den 950 Euro enthalten:
Ich verkaufe eine neue Gorenji Waschmaschine (nicht auf den Bildern hier). Außerdem hinterlasse ich einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank (Garderobe). Diesen möchte ich nicht mitnehmen. Die weißen Regale (2 Stück) und ein Schrank und einige Tische bleiben auch dort. Die möchte ich NICHT mitnehmen. Voraussetzung für die Übernahme der Wohnung ist die Übernahme dieser Möbel.

Badezimmer und Toilette sehen sehr schön aus. Boden ist aus Stein.

Boden des Hauses ist aus Holz.

Ein Einkommensnachweis ist erforderlich und zeigt, dass Sie die Kaution (1300 Euro) und die Gebühren für vorhandene Ausstattung (+950 Euro) => 2250 Euro bezahlen können.

2-whether you will take the furniture or have any of your own? Everything must stay! You can sell them later :-)

Everything in the pictures will / can stay for the price:
Very nice kitchen installed, which I will be selling (included in the price). With dishwasher from mielle and fridge and 4 stove panel and oven. As well as a water boiler. (dishwasher must be fixed, I dont use it and it has draining issue. I was told the problem is minor!)

What is included in the 950euros:
I will sell a new Gorenji washing machin (not in the pictures here) Also I will leave a walk-in closet (wardrobe) I do not want to take this with me. The white shelves (2 of them) and a closet and some tables are also there to stay. I DO NOT want to take them with me. A condition for taking the flat is taking these furniture.

Bathroom and toilet looks really nice. Floor is stone.

Floor of house is wood.

Proof of income is necessary and showing that you can pay the kaution (1300euro ) and the fees for existing equipment (+950euro) =>  2250euro
