ich biete meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete vom 01.10.2013 - 31.03.2014 an (evtl. auch eher). Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Innenhof direkt in der Innenstadt. Zur Uni sind es zu Fuß 15 min, mit dem Rad 5min.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 30m² groß und besteht aus kleiner Küche, Bad und 2 kleinen Zimmern (Wohn- und Schlafraum, die mit einer offenen Tür miteinander verbunden sind (deshalb nicht WG geeignet)); zudem ist die Wohnung möbliert. Sofa, Bett (1,40m), Kleiderschrank, Regale, ein großer Schreibtisch und Fernseher sind vorhanden.
Die Monatsmiete beträgt 285€ inklusive monatlicher Abschlag für Wasser, Strom, Heizung und Kabelfernsehen. Für das Internet kommen nochmal 20€ hinzu.
