Spacious 1-room apartment located near main university campus and city centre. The room has a private kitchen and toilet and an in-built wardrobe for storing clothes at the entrance of the room.
The room is situated on the 12th floor, and has a balcony overlooking the train station.
The room is well connected to the bus stations, with bus stops located immediately behind the house. Bus connections to the Nord campus are available 3 mins from the house. The main University and city centre can be reached by foot in ~5 mins.
The floor is very clean, and the neighbours are all very quiet.
There is parking available for rent, and a shed to safely store bicycles. The house also has a room equipped with washing machines and dryers, and a wash cycle cost 2 euros each.
I will like to leave behind my bed, study desk, bookshelf, and extra kitchen cabinet for 200 euros. Students are preferred for renting the house.
