Ich vermiete mein Zimmer zur Untermiete ab dem 1.10.2022. Das Zimmer befindet sich in der dritten Etage und in einem Haus mit insgesamt 2 WGs. Das Zimmer befindet sich quasi in einer eigenen Wohnung, allerdings wird die Küche in der Wohnung auf der zweiten Etage genutzt, in welcher sich die restlichen Zimmer befinden. Allerdings gibt es oben ein eigenes Bad. Die Aufteilung des Hauses ist etwas schwer zu beschreiben, das machen wir am besten bei einem Telefonat.
Die Lage ist wirklich super. Mit dem Rad braucht man ca. 7 Minuten zum Zentralcampus. Fußläufig ist ein Penny und ein Rewe erreichbar. Zudem befindet sich die Wohnung über einer Dominos Filiale, bei der es 30% Rabatt für die WG Bewohner gibt.
