Suche ab dem 1.2.17 einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung.
Sie Ist 23m2 groß und und sehr gepflegt .zu ihr gehört ein eigener kleiner Balkon, auf dem man im Sommer gut entspannen kann. Die Meisten Bewohner der Anlage sind Studenten.
Gute und Ruhige Gegend. Sie ist direkt in Klinikum Nähe also perfekt für Medizin Studenten (Nur Straße überqueren) . Nord-Uni ist auch in 5 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen . Bushaltestelle ist 3 Min entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Tegut,dm, Burger-King,Post,subway,Domino-pizza)
Die Warmmiete beträgt 300 Euro . Um Strom und Internet muss man sich selbst kümmern.
Da Ich erst im Juni eingezogen bin und alle Möbel neu gekauft hatte , sollten diese für 700 Euro abgekauft werden.(Bett 140*200 cm, Großer Schrank, Kommode, Regale , Schreibtisch, kleiner Tisch , Stuhl, Gardinen , Lampe, Balkon-liege). Im Keller gibt es Waschmaschinen und Trockner. Für einen Besichtigungstermin könnt ihr mich gerne jederzeit kontaktieren.
