A fully furnished room with toilet/bathroom with small kitchenette available from mid-April (15 April onwards). The rent includes everything, water, electricity, heating.
I am sadly have to leave the room as I finished my study. I am looking for someone who would take over extra furnitures including: double bed, wardrobe, kitchen tools, one chair, small shoe rack, vacuum machine, a lamp, etc. The cost would be 300€ for all cozy furnitures (it is ofc negotiable) :)
The apartment belongs to GöHV company. So only students can rent the room.

The apartment is located in Philipp-Reis-Straße 5. It takes less than 5 mins to Penny (supermarket) by walk, 10 mins to central uni by walk (less by a bike of course :D)
There are several bus stops, all to the city center and nord uni. The nearest would be 91/92 at Christophorusweg and 21/22/41/42 from Robert-Roch-Straße.
