Rent a room

Sehr geehrte Frau / Herr
Ich heiße Enas Ahmad und komme aus Syrien. Ich bin Englische Literatur Absolventin, und werde bald meinen Master in Amerikanischen Studien an Georg-August-Universität Göttingen machen.
Ich habe schon mein Visum bekommen und alles lief gut. Ich komme am 30.09.2016 nach Göttingen, aber ich suche mir immer noch eine Unterkunft, zumindest für die erste Periode meines Studiums.
Ich habe bisher vielen Schwierigkeiten begegnet, in der Suche nach einer Unterkunft und besonders, weil ich momentan noch nicht in Deutschland angekommen bin.
Ich finde, dass Ihr Zimmer für mich günstig wäre, und ich wäre sehr erfreut, wenn ich es mieten darf.

Ich bin eine sehr ordentliche und ruhige Person. Säuberkeit und Ordnung sind mir besonders wichtig. Ich brauche nur eine ruhige Unterkunft, um darin zu wohnen und lernen.
Meine Hobbys sind: Tennis und Basketball spielen. Darüber hinaus ist es mir wichtig, mein Land Syrien gut darzustellen
Bitte zögern Sie nicht, wenn Sie mich etwas fragen oder mir etwas sagen möchten. Ich bin flexibel zu Ihren Vorschlägen.

I hope you find my mail fine
I am Enas Ahmad from Syria and I want to get MA in North American Studies in Georg- August University - Gottingen.
I get visa and every thing is good, I will be in Gottingen 30/9/2016 and I need a room for a long time since I am student and I want to complete my MA there. I have faced many obstacles about accommodation since it is difficult to have one and I am still in Syria, I need a simple room with not more equipment and your room is suitable for me and I will be pleasant if you accept me to rent yours.
I am very neat and clean, need a quiet place to live and study until I finish my MA and leave, I like playing tennis and basketball, I like tidiness and I am so peaceful, I believe in my country because of that I want to present it in a perfect way and it is my duty.
Please don't hesitate to ask me any question, I am ready and flexible to any point you suggest
