Seeking a 1-zimmer-flat around the north campus

Hello everyone,
as I'm going to Göttingen around 15th October for my 12 months' visiting phd study in the north campus, I'm now looking for an single apartment around the campus (A short term is also acceptable). Hoping the flat is basically furnished including own Kitchenette and Shower. (By the way, I'm single, don't smoke, love clean and quiet.)
