in desperate need of an accommodation

hello, my name is Azeez Abdulazeez from Nigeria and I'm an international student at the Georg-August University, Gottingen studying MSc Sustainable International Agriculture.
I'm in need of an accommodation within the district. I'm an easy going guy that doesn't smoke nor drink, and I like to make new friends.
I want a long term agreement and not just a "come and stay in my house because I'm travelling for few weeks"
I will be glad to get responds but the apartment should be affordable too. I want an apartment that is fully furnished with a wifi, I don't mind if some parts of the apartment like the kitchen will be shared and I won't mind staying with the landlord but I'll like a place where tenant's privacy is respected and understanding each other is important.
I will like the apartment to be close to the university library (max. of 15 min by bus) with easy access to some parts of the city, supermarket, Bahnhof.
Even if your price is slightly more than the one I stated, you can let me know.
