Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lage im Stadtteil Eldena. Von dort ist das Strandbad Eldena in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar, besonders im Sommer lassen sich dort Wassersport und Badespaß erleben. Supermarkt ist in 2 min, Bushaltestelle mit Anbindung zur Innenstadt ist in 3 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Campus Berthold-Beitz-Platz mit Universitätsklinikum und den meisten naturwissenschaftlichen Instituten ist in 15 min, die Innenstadt in 20 min mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.
