Hi Leute,
ich suche für meine 1-Raumwohnung im ILG Wohnheim ab ca. dem 24.3 einen Nachmieter. Alle Studenten oder Angehörigen der Uni (Dozenten, Mitarbeiter, Praktikanten, Azubis, ...) sind im privaten ILG Wohnheim willkommen. Es handelt sich um ein E2 Einzelappartement, ihr müsst euch also weder Bad noch Küche mit jemandem teilen. Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert und inkl. aller Kosten kommt ihr auf 300,30€ Warmmiete.
Fotos findet ihr auf der Seite des ILG ( http://www.ilg-studentenwohnheim-greifswald.de/einzelappartment-e2.html ) und selbstverständlich könnt ihr die Wohnung jeder Zeit besichtigen, schreibt mir einfach eine Mail um euch vorher anzukündigen. ( )
Zum neuen Campus an der Klinik braucht man mit dem Rad 7 min, bis in die Innenstadt 10-15min. Eine Bushaltestelle ist gleich vor der Haustür, ebenso Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, Rewe, Rossmann, ...).
