Hallo, mein Studium ist zu Ende, sodass ich einen Nachmieter für meine schöne 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Scharnhorststraße 2 suche. Sie ist ab sofort frei.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 28 qm groß. Sie ist komplett möbliert, hat eine moderne Einbauküche und ein großes Bad mit Dusche..Außerdem gibt es eine kleine Terrasse, die im Sommer zum Grillen einlädt.
Die Miete beträgt im Monat 461,44 €. Darin inbegriffen sind Internet-, Heiz- und Wasserkosten.

Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich ein Bäcker, und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi, Norma und Netto sind in 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen, ebenso die Innenstadt. Bis zum neuen Campus sind es ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Rad.
Zusätzlich befindet sich auf der Etage ein Waschraum, wo für einen geringen Obolus gewaschen werden kann.
