Da ich ab Anfang Februar für die nächsten drei Monate weg bin, suche ich einen Nachmieter für mein 25 m² Einzelappartment in Max-Kade-Haus Studentenwohnheim.
Warmmiete: 253 Euro mit Internetzugang.
Das Zimmer liegt im 2. Stock, in Richtung Hofseite. Es ist hell (durch die vier breite Fenster) und ruhig. Es hat eine Einbauküche mit Herd, Kühlschrank, Toaster und Koch-und Essgeschirr. Das Bad ist klein aber ausreichend.
Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit:
Bett, gemütliches Sofa, Schreibtisch, Esstisch, großer Kleiderschrank, Kommode und Regal.
Da ich nur drei Monate weg bin und es keinen Keller gibt, würde ich gerne meine Sachen komplett im Zimmer lassen, natürlich bekommst du aber genug Platz in Schrank, Kommode und Regal.
Waschmaschine und Trockner sind unten im Keller des Wohnheims.
Das Wohnheim befindet sich in Südstadt, ca. 4 min Fahrradweg von neuen Campus, neuen Mensa, Bibliothek entfernt und ca. 8 min Fahrradweg vom Stadtzentrum entfernt.
Da es sich um ein Studentenwohnheim handelt, brauche ich einen Nachweis von dir, dass du studierst oder gerade in einer Ausbildung steckst und es darf leider keiner vom Studentenwerk Studentenwohnheim sein.
