Ich verlasse demnächst Halle und suche einen Nachmieter für meine ruhige 1,5-Zi.-Wohnung (im Hinterhaus).
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Tageslichtbad mit Wanne, Küche, Wohnzimmer und einem kleinen Zimmer, das ich im Moment als Arbeitszimmer nutze. Die Fenster von Wohn- und Arbeitszimmer liegen auf der Südseite. Dort hat man Ausblick ins Grüne, die nächsten Häuser stehen in größerer Entfernung.
Kabel-TV, DSL und Telefon sind möglich. In der Küche stehen Herd, Kühlschrank, Spüle und zwei Oberschränke. Eine Waschmaschine (Toploader)ist auch da. Alles zusammen kann übernommen werden für 200€.
Komm einfach vorbei und schaus dir an.
