Ich möchte die Wohnung teilmöbliert übergeben, das beinhaltet: Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank und Herd/Ofen, Bad (ohne Waschmaschine), Sofa und einen Teil der Schränke.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Paulusviertel in der Nähe vom Reileck.
Da das Reileck ein zentraler Umsteigepunkt ist, kommt man mit der Tram einfach und schnell in sämtliche Teile Halles. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants gibt es in direkter Nachbarschaft. Trotzdem ist die von der Straße abgewandte Wohnung sehr ruhig.
Den Innenhof darf man mit benutzen und zur Wohnung gehört noch eine kleine Abstellkammer.
