was man so braucht, allerdings kein TV. Die Kueche hat
Geschirrspueler, Gasherd, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Esstisch. Die Wohnung ist relativ hell und der
Ausblick nach hinten in den Garten ist super friedlich. DSL-Anschluss vorhanden, Teppich, Fahrradabstellmöglichkeiten, Gartenmitbenutzung.
290 Euro gesamt ist für ein Zimmer, Küche, Bad und Flur (zus.45 qm)(inkl. Strom und DSL),
Bei Mitnutzung des zweiten Zimmers (15 qm)wären es 100 Euro mehr.
