I am looking for a new tenant in the studio apartment. The location is very convenient, just three minutes walk from Marktplatz and three minutes from Edeka. The windows overlook a backyard so it is very quiet around.
There are a balcony and a kitchen area. The apartment is fully furnished and has a washing machine. I would like to sell the furniture and washing machine to a future tenant. This costs 400 Euro and includes the bed with a mattress, desk, bookshelf, wardrobe, shoe shelf, coat hanger, armchair, coffee table, folding kitchen desk, two folding chairs, lamps, curtains, bathroom furniture and some basic electronic devices such as the microwave and washing machine. All the furniture is bought from IKEA and has been in use for five years.
My flat contract ends in October but it is possible to move in earlier since the 1st of September.
