The small studio apartment (1,5 rooms) is fully furnished (see pictures). It has a living room, a bath room, a kitchen which is kind of between living room and bath room, and it has an additional room which is however without windows (I use it for storing my cloths). For sleeping there is a futon mattress, which can be rolled up and stored in a corner during daytime.
The flat is situated in a very pleasant quarter of Halle, about 10 min. from the town center. Public transport is to be found in 5 min. walking distance. A 24h supermarket is about 7 min. away. Around the corner you find a nice bar, a washing saloon, a second hand shop, bakeries and almost everything else you could need.
The cost of the flat is 320 € plus electricity (I paid around 20 €) a month. If you wish to have TV and internet, there will be additional costs.
In the courtyard there is a storage room with a bike, that belongs to the flat and can be used.
