Es handelt sich hierbei um eine 1 Raum- Dachgeschosswohnung mit Einbauküche.
Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und genug Platz für Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner.
Ansonsten lässt die Wohnung sich auch sehr gut in Wohn- und Schlafbereich trennen.
Die Wohnung wäre im 4ten Stock, es gäbe einen Keller und einen kleinen Hof.. dort könnte man sein Fahrrad unterstellt.
Haustiere nach Absprache
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe vom Landesmuseum, zu Haltestelle „Landesmuseum für Vorgeschichte“ dauert es ca 5min zu Fuß
Ansonsten sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten(Rossmann, 24h Edeka, Rewe, Bioladen, Döner, Bäcker etc.) bzw. etliche Bars/Cafés/Restaurants in der Nähe.
Die Peißnitz ist auch nicht weit entfernt 10/15 min zu Fuß.
Die Lage an sich ist sehr ruhig und die Nachbarn sind sehr angenehm.
