Hallo, ich ziehe demnächst aus meiner schönen 1 Zimmer Wohnung (in der ich seit 5 Jahren wohne)in Eppendorf aus, und suche einen Nachmieter zum 1.4.2013(oder falls nötig auch schon etwas früher.)
Wenn ich in der nächsten Woche einen Nachmieter finde bleibt die Wohnung Coutage frei, danach wird sie an einen Markler übergeben.
Die Wohnung liegt nach hinten raus und bietet einen Balkon und Blick auf eine große Wiese.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Verkehrsanbindung sind sehr gut, ich ziehe selbst nur eine Strasse weiter, da Eppendorf zum leben echt schön ist. Die Aussenalster und das Eppendorfer Uniklinikum sind zufuß in 5 min zuerreichen, zum Uni benötigt man 20min mit dem Rad.
Die Nachbarn sind ruhig und nett.
