ich bin etwas länger im Urlaub und biete deshalb meine Wohnung für zwei Monate zur Zwischenmiete an.
Die Angegebene Miete ist monatlich und beinhaltet alle Kosten.
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit 140cm breitem Bett, Sofa, Küchenutensilien, HD-TV, PS3, Hi-Fi, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Putzutensilien usw.
Sie verfügt über einen Südbalkon zu einem ruhigen Innenhof.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral direkt am Eppendorfer Park. Die U3 (Eppendorfer Baum) sowie die U1 (Kellinghusen Str. oder Klosterstern) sind ca. 10 min Fußweg entfernt. In 3 min ist man am Nebeneingang des UKEs von wo die Buslinien 20 und 25 alle 5 min abfahren.
Es gibt sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zwei Edekas, drei Budnis, Lidl, Penny und Netto sind alle in unter 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Post ist auch direkt um die Ecke.
Außerdem gibt es in der Nähe eine Vielzahl and Restaurants, Bars, Cafés.
