Da ich Hamburg verlassen werde, suche ich eine/n Nachmieter*in für meine gemütliche Altbau-Wohnung.

Die Wohnung hat eine geräumige Wohnküche in der man auch gut sitzen kann, sowie einen großen Wohnraum mit Couch, Bett (140) und schönem Balkon auf dem ihr beim Frühstück die Sonne genießen könnt.

Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler etc. sind auch vorhanden. :)

Die Straße ist schön ruhig und entspannt und trotzdem habt ihr alles, was zum Stadt-Leben dazu gehört, gleich um die Ecke: Schöne Cafés und Restaurants, Supermärkte, ein paar Kneipen und den Isebekkanal.

Die U-Bahnstation Hoheluftbrücke (U3) ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Außerdem fahren mehrere Buslinien direkt vor der Tür.

Ich will die Wohnung komplett möbliert übergeben. Die Ablöse von 5.585 Euro ist also für die komplette Einrichtung, Küche, Elektrogeräte etc.
