Hey ihr Wohungssuchenden,
meine sehr schöne, helle und zentrale 26qm große 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon sucht einen Nachmieter.
Die Wohnung ist ab dem 1. Oktober beziehbar.
Die knapp 26 qm große Wohnung, 2. OG, ist erst 2010 saniert worden, sehr gepflegt, hat einen Balkon und schönes Holzparkett. Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen, die schöne Alster ist zu Fuß nur 5. Min. entfernt, mit den Öffis ist man in weniger als 10 Min. am Hbf.
In den Nebenkosten sind Betriebs- und Heizkosten inkludiert. Nur die Stromkosten sind nicht inklusive (bei Vattenfall habe ich immer €27/Monat gezahlt). Warm kostet die Wohnung also insgesamt ca. €417.
Einzige Bedingung ist die Ablöse der Möbel & Ausstattung in Höhe von insgesamt €600, darin enthalten sind:
- neuer Kühlschrank (gekauft 2012)
- neue Waschmaschine (gekauft 2011)
- Ikea-Bett
- Fernsehtisch
- Bücherregal
- Esstisch + Stühle
- Badregal
(Die Möbel sind alle von Ikea und weiß)
