Ich suche eine:n Untermieter:in für meine Wohnung in Yugo Navale Student Studio Apartment vom 05.02.2024 bis 24.03.2024 (Gerne auch weiter bzw. unbefristet).
Bei unbefristeter Miete (ab März 2024) muss den Mietvertrag vor 6. Februar 2024 unterschrieben werden.
Die 1-Zimmer-Wohnung ist 18 qm groß, liegt im 3. OG, hat eine kleine Küche und ein Badezimmer. Sie ist voll möbliert.
Das Gebäude ist voll modern. Geschäftsräumen sowie Study-Room sind ebenfalls im Gebäude vorhanden.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, die U1 und S-Bahn Station Wandsbeker Chausee ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
REWE, Lidl sowie EDEKA sind auch nur ein paar Meter entfernt.

Die Wohnung ist nur für Studenten bzw. Azubis deshalb eine Immatrikulationsbescheinigung ist notwendig.

779 Euros sind die Warmkosten (für Untermiete ab sofort bis zum 20. März 2024)

869 Euros sind die Warmkosten (Nachmieter ab 1. März)

I am looking for a subtenant for my apartment in Yugo Navale Student Studio Apartment from 05.02.2024 to 24.03.2024 (also longer)
The 1-room apartment is 18 square meters, located on the 3rd floor, has a small kitchen and a bathroom. It is fully furnished.
The building is fully modern. Business premises and a study room are also available in the building.
The location is very central, the U1 and S-Bahn station Wandsbeker Chausee is about 5 minutes walk away.
REWE, Lidl and EDEKA are also only a few meters away.

The apartment is only for students or trainees, therefore a certificate of enrollment is required.

779 Euros are the warm cost.
