Da ich mein Auslandspraktikum ab dem 1 April anfange, biete ich hier für 6 Monate meine vollmöblierte "klein aber fein" 1-Zimmer-Wohnung. Die Wohnung besteht aus: 1 großes Zimmer, 1 Küche, 1 Badezimmer und 1 klein Flur. Das Keller kannst du auch gerne benutzten, und vor der Haustür befindet sich auch ein Fahrradabsteller. Das Laminat und die weisse Wände machen zusammen eine sehr ruhige Atmosphäre.

Since I will do my internship abroad, I offer my flat for 6 months. You will find a room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a little vestibule. you can use the basement of course, and in front of the house door you can lock up your bicycle.
Die Wohnung befindet sich 7min von der schönen Limmerstrasse entfernt! Da kannst du eine Vielfalt von Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (EDEKA, Rewe, Rossmann), Kneipen und vieles mehr finden! Auch die Bahn (10) erreichst du in 7min, und mit einer 8minutigen Fahrt bist du am Hauptbahnhof. Obwohl in Linden immer was los ist, ist die Lage um die Wohnung sehr ruhig.
The flat is 7min away from the beautiful Limmerstrasse! there you can find a variety of restaurants, shopping facilities, bars and many other stores! the tram is 7min away too, and with the tram you´ll be in 8min at the Hannover Central Station. Although there's always something to do in Linden, the neighborhood very calm.
Wenn du Interesse an die Wohnung hast, schreib bitte ein Mail mit paar Informationen zu deiner Person (ein bisschen Kreativität schädt nicht). Da ich jetzt in Klausurphase bin, werden die Besichtigungstermine im Mitte Februar stattfinden. Die Einzugsdatum kann auch ab dem 28 März sein. 250€ Kaution hätte ich gern zur Sicherheit, die bekommt ihr aber natürlich nach Übergabe zurück.

If you are interested in the flat, send me a mail with some Infos about yourself (a little bit of creativity is not bad). Because I will start with my exams, the appointments to view will take place in the middle of February. The moving-in date can be from the 28 of March too. I would like to recibe a 250€ Deposit, that you will receive again on October.
