Die Wohnung befindet sich im Studentenwohnheim The FIZZ Hannover und bietet Gemeinschaftsräume zum Lernen, Kochen und TV Abende. Es gibt einen Billiardtisch und eine Playstation zum gemeinsamen zocken. Zum Konzept des FIZZ gehören wöchentliche Veranstaltungen wie Bierabende, gemeinsames Kochen und Grillen an denen man kostenfrei teilnehmen und die anderen Bewohner kennenlernen kann.
Das Zimmer hat eine Grundfläche von 23qm mit eigener Küche und Badezimmer und ist vollmöbiliert wodurch das Raum optimal ausgenutzt wird. Das Gebäude wurde im Oktober 2015 erstmalig bezogen sodass alles sehr modern gestaltet ist. Die "all inklusive" Miete in der Heizung, Wasser, Strom Internet und 4 Sky Programme sind enthalten.

I am looking for a new tenant for my apartment at The Fizz students dorm from 1.10.2018 The total rent is € 527 and it includes all the additional costs (electricity, heating, internet, ARD-ZDF etc.)
The studio apartment is 23 square meters with attached kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has fridge and microwave. The basement of the apartment has car and bike parking along with washing machines. There is also lounge for recreational activities.
Die Haltestelle " An der Strangriede" ist 2 minuten vom Studetenheim entfernt. Man braucht 7 minuten bis zur Innenstadt und 3 minuten bis zum Conticampus Leibniz Universität. und 1 minute yum Rewe
