Hallo!
Ich suche eine weibliche Nachmieterin für mein Zimmer in der Altstadt ab Mitte April. Das Zimmer ist etwa klein, aber immer noch bequem. Es hat ein eigenes Waschbecken, einen Herd und einen Kühlschrank. Es gibt andere Mädchen, die im gleichen Etage wohnen, aber es ist keine WG
Das Beste über das Zimmer ist die Lage: fast direkt am Marktplatz! Die Uni und die UB sind ungefähr 5 Minuten entfernt, so wie die Haltestellen Alte Brücke und Rathaus/Bergbahn. Auch wenn die Lage so zentral ist, gibt es keine Geräusche in der Nacht, denn das Fenster ist nicht in Richtung von der Straße
Falls ihr andere Fragen habt, meldet euch gerne! Ich bin in Heidelberg bis dem 13.03. und in diesen Tagen können wir eine Besichtigung vereinbaren, entweder online oder im Präsenz :)
