The building located in a new and modern neighborhood of Bahnstadt. The Schiller International University
is about 100 metres away. Neuenheimer Feld and to the Ruprecht-Karls University are only 2.5 km away. The bus stop is within 5 minutes walk and the central station is only 10 minutes by foot.
I would prefer someone that will rent from May to September. It is possible to extend the contract further with the landlord, it is only the matter of bureaucratic and forms to fill. The caution is negotiable if you feel that it is too high.
