Da es eine Überlappung in den Mietzeiten meiner alten und neuen Wohnung gibt, möchte ich das 1-Zimmer-Studiwerks-Apartment für ein paar Wochen vermieten, statt dass es leersteht. Mir wäre wichtig, dass du es im selben Zustand an mich übergibst, wie du es bekommen hast.
Das Apartment hat insgesamt 21qm, eine Kochnische (2 Herdplatten, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Spüle, Küchenschränke OHNE Geschirr), und ein Badezimmer (Dusche, Waschbecken, WC), ist möbliert mit 90cm-Bett, Nachttisch, Schrank, Regal, großem Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Papierkorb vom Studiwerk, und hat einen Balkon, der von allen Apartments auf dem Stockwerk geteilt wird. Internet gibt's wenn du dein eigenes LAN-Kabel mitbringst.

Because there's an overlap in rent times I'm offering my new Studierendenwerk 1-room-apartment for rent for a few weeks instead of leaving it empty. It is important to me that you hand the apartment over in the same condition in which you received it.
The apartment has 21sqm in total, including a little kitchen (two cooking plates, fridge, sink, kitchen cupboards WITHOUT dishes), and a bathroom (shower, sink, WC), it is furnished with a 90cm bed, a bedside cabinet, a wardrobe, a shelf, a big table, a chair and a paper bin, all provided by the Studierendenwerk, and it opens to a balcony which is shared by all apartments on that floor. Internet is available if you bring your own LAN cable.

- ein weiterer Bäcker, Restaurant, Bistro & Sparkasse in 5 Minuten

Die 210€ sind Pauschalmiete mit allem drin für den Zeitraum 03.04.-25.04.
Ich würde die Wohnung auch für den Zeitraum 03.04.-18.04. für 140€ Pauschalmiete vermieten, wenn es für dich besser passt.
Ich bekomme den Schlüssel zur Wohnung selbst erst am 03.04.2017, und würde ihn dir am selben Nachmittag (oder in den 3 Tagen darauf) übergeben.
ACHTUNG: Nur Studierende/ERASMUS-Studis/Promovierende der Uni/PH Heidelberg können in diesem Studierendenwohnheim mieten!
The 210€ include all costs (rent, electricity, warm water, internet, ...) for the time span 03/04 - 25/04.
If it's more convenient for you I would also offer the room from 03/04 to 18/04 only, for 140€.
I will only receive the keys to the apartment on 3rd April and would hand them over to you the same afternoon (or during the 3 following days).
ATTENTION: Only students/ERASMUS students/PhD students at University/PH Heidelberg can rent rooms in this Studierendenwerk building!
