Da ich in eine WG umziehe, suche ich einen Nachmieter für meine schöne Wohnung in Neuenheim.
Die Wohnung besteht aus Wohn-/ Schlafzimmer, Küche mit Einbauschränken, Spüle und Herd und einem Badezimmer mit Waschbecken und Badewanne. Auch durch die tolle Lage Ideal für Studenten. Warmmiete beträgt 420€. Geplantes Einzugsdatum ist der 01.05.2017.
Ich könnnte mir eigentlich keine bessere Lage vorstellen :) Neuenheim ist mit den schönen Jugendstilvillen das schönste Viertel. Zur Altstadt sind es ca. 10min zu Fuß, die Neckarwiesen sind einmal um die Ecke ca. 2-3 min zu Fuß. Einen Lidl und Rewe gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Und schön ruhig ist es auch :)
Möbel können eventuell übernommen werden. Sie sind nicht mal ein halbes Jahr alt. Also würden für Bett, ausziehbarer Tisch, Regal, Nachtkästchen zusammen 400€ anfallen. Ob die Möbel tatsächlich übernommen werden können ist aber noh nicht sicher.
