The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building. It is very cozy, fully furnished, and ready to move in. Perfect for a student or even an adult who works in or near Heidelberg. Parking on Rohrbacherstrasse is very easy and has plenty of spaces.
The bedroom is separate from the kitchen, which is a real big plus. The kitchen is of decent size and has 2 dining tables and chairs and a very nice wide opening window. The building has friendly neighbors. I have no complaints from living here. And am moving because of work relocation.
Only a 1 minute walk to the Bethanian-Krankenhaus bahn stop. Only 8 minutes to Heidelberg Hbf on the number 24 bahn. And only 9 minutes to Bismarkplatz with the number 23 bahn. Ideal for someone looking for a great location in Heidelberg.
Gas and water are included in the utility costs. Utility costs also include maintenance workers, stair cleaning, and trash, plus others. Washing machines and dryers are located in the basement. Internet must be taken over by the next renter. The monthly internet cost is 34.95 euros. Electricity is 21 euros per month and paid separately to Stadtwerk Heidelberg.
