Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, das Zimmer auch. Insgesamt handelt es sich um eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung, die Wohnung ist aber komplett alleine nutzbar.
Wie auf den Fotos zu erkennen ist verfügt der Wohnraum ein Sofa, einen Stühl, einen großen Schreibtisch und einen eingebauten Kleiderschrank sowie eine Kommode für deine Klamotten.
In der Küche gibt es zudem ein, Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen.

Die Wohnung befindest sich in Altstadt.
Straßenbahnverbindungen befinden sich in etwa 5 Minuten Laufzeit.
Zum Einkaufen gibt es Norma, C&A, Newyorker 5 min zu Fuß, und es gibt auch verschiedene Kiosken un viele Restaurantmöglichkeiten Drumherum.

Streetcar connections are in about 5 minutes running time.
For shopping there are Norma, C&A, Newyorker 5 min walk, and there are also various kiosks and many restaurant options around.
Die Miete ist 230€ Ohne Strom und Gas. Man muss 35€ für das Internet bezahlen, das momentan auf meinen Namen läuft, später kann man es auf deinen Namen übernehmen.
Das Bett und die Matratze können für 100€ übernommen werden.
Es wäre wichtig, dass du sauber, ordentlich und rücksichtsvoll bist und alle Sachen in der Wohnung so behandelst, als wären sie deine eigenen. :)
Die Wohnung ist liebevoll ausgestattet worden mit allem, was dein Herz benötigt.

**As the owner expected that if you are foreigner, then you should able to speak Basic german atleast because you will be in contact with her for further procedure.**
The rent is 230 Without electricity and gas. You have to pay 35€ for the internet which is currently in my name, later you can take it over in your name.
