Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Zimmer, eine Wohn-Küche, ein Bad (mit WC, Dusche), einen kleinen Abstellraum (mit Staubsauger und Besen) und Flur.
Die Wohnung ist ideal ausgestattet für einen Studenten (gerne auch Austauschstudenten oder jemand, der für diese Zeit übergangsweise eine Unterkunft sucht). Sie hat einen Schreibtisch inkl. Bürostuhl, einen TV und eine (ausziehbare) Schlafcouch. In der Wohn-Küche befindet sich eine Küchenzeile, ein Kühlschrank, ein großer Esstisch sowie der große Kliederschrank. Auch ein Keyboard steht dort, falls sich jemand einmal ausprobieren will :).
Im Flur steht lediglich ein Schrank.
WLAN ist vorhanden.
The apartment has a room, a living-kitchen, a bathroom (with toilet, shower), a small storage room (with a vacuum cleaner and broom) and a hallway.
The apartment is ideally equipped for a student (also an exchange student or someone looking for temporary accommodation for this time period). It has a desk including an office chair, a TV and a (pull-out) sofa bed. In the living-kitchen there is a kitchenette, a refrigerator, a large dining table and the large wardrobe. There is also a keyboard there if anyone wants to try it out :).
There is only a cupboard in the hallway.
WiFi is available.
Die Lage ist sehr gut. Nur 2 Minuten von hier ist das Nahversorgungszentrum von Hof (mit Läden wie Aldi, Edeka, Lidl, sowie Friseur und Bäcker). Dort befindet sich auch direkt eine Bushaltestelle. Post und Getränkemarkt sind auch in der Nähe.
Die Hochschule ist zu Fuß in weniger als 20 Minuten erreichbar.
Das Zentrum der Stadt in ca. 25 Minuten. Auf dem Weg befindet sich auch ein MediaMarkt sowie ein Park.
The location is very good. Just 2 minutes from here is Hof's local supply center (with shops such as Aldi, Edeka, Lidl, as well as a hairdresser and bakery). There is also a bus stop right there. Post office and drinks market are also nearby.
The university can be reached on foot in less than 20 minutes.
The center of the city in about 25 minutes. There is also a MediaMarkt and a park on the way.
Ich bin Elisa, 21 Jahre alt und Studentin an der Hochschule Hof. Vom 17.9.23 bis zum 15.03.24 bin ich außerorts tätig (Auslandssemester und Praktikum) und möchte die Wohnung gerne an eine verantwortungsbewusste, vertrauenswürdige und ordentliche Person zur Untermiete vermieten.
Ideal wäre ein Mietantritt ab 1.10., aber prinzipiell ist die Wohnung ab heute frei und deshalb können wir gerne darüber schreiben (auch später möglich auf Anfrage).
Mir ist wichtig, dass die Person zuverlässig ist und sich respektvoll gegenüber allen anderen Mietern verhält (keine Partys etc. veranstaltet, welche andere stören könnten).

I am Elisa, 21 years old and a student at Hof University. From September 17th, 2023 to March 15th, 2024 I will be working out of town (semester abroad and internship) and would like to sublet the apartment to a responsible, trustworthy and tidy person.
It would be ideal to start renting from October 1st, but in principle the apartment is available from today and we are therefore happy to write about it (also possible later on request).
It is important to me that the person is reliable and behaves respectfully towards all other tenants (does not organize parties etc. that could disturb others).
