Hallo, I will move to a new city in April and I am looking for a new tenant who wants to take over the flat from May 1. The building was constructed in 2018. The 1 room-apartment is furnished and well-kept with a bright living room, a separate toilet, and a nice balcony (see photos). I hope the new tenant can take over some of furniture such as the kitchen, bed, sofa, and shelf.

Hallo, ich werde im April in eine neue Stadt ziehen und suche einen Nachmieter, der die Wohnung ab dem 1. Mai übernehmen möchte. Das Gebäude wurde im Jahr 2018 errichtet. Die 1-Zimmer-Wohnung ist möbliert und gepflegt mit einem hellen Wohnzimmer, einem separaten WC und einem schönen Balkon (siehe Fotos). Ich hoffe, dass der neue Mieter einige Möbel wie Küche, Bett, Sofa und Regal übernehmen kann.

The flat has a perfect location and is very close to the university campus. It takes a few minues walk to the train station (around 750 m) and city center. Several grosery stores are nearby such as Kaufland and Netto. Parking slot is included in the rent.

Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage und liegt ganz in der Nähe des Universitätscampus. Zum Bahnhof und ins Stadtzentrum sind es nur wenige Gehminuten (7-8 Minuten). Mehrere Lebensmittelgeschäfte wie Kaufland und Netto befinden sich in der Nähe. Der Stellplatz ist im Mietpreis enthalten.
