One room studio - 1-Zimmer-Wohnung ONLY STUDENTS.

Hi, I am Leaving the city and I am looking for a student to transfer the contract of the studio.

The person who is interested to get the studio should be fill the following requirements.

1) To buy the furniture, Tv, bed, table, chairs, lamps, kitchen stuff... (550 € aprox)
2) To pay the transfer contract fee to the real state company (238 €)
3) A deposit amount of (1398 €) the real state company is going te get your deposit as a kaution.
4) Complete disclosure of confidential information from the real state company.
5) Copy of ID card(s) (Front- and backside from the tenant and the guarantor).
6) Last salary slips or copy of working contract (including all signatures) which can cover the monthly rents.
7) Certificate of enrollment at the university or any other proof that you are a student or trainee.

Please just contact me if you are ok and you have all the requirements. The flat is available from 15 of June but we should send the documents for the study as soon as posible (4 weeks before).
