This is my own place and I am giving it for now due to moving for a while (any possible swaps with a room in Berlin would be amazing). you will have the whole apartment for yourself and it is very spacious. it is quite a sweet peaceful place and has all that you might need (washing machine, fridge, cook, coffee machine, covers, towels, and so on) . the rent includes the bills (gas, water, internet, electricity
The apartment is close to everything, few minutes from İstiklal avenue, 15 minutes walking to both Metro and Şişhane metro, and 2 minutes to the bus stop where buses to almost everywhere in the city passed, making it easy to plan your visit.

It is a spacious 1+1 place with an extra entrance area and a spacious kitchen where you can have lunch at. it receives plenty of sunlight through the high windows in a newly renovated building that is 90 years old. the separate bedroom has a double bed and wide closet. the living room also has a comfy couch that can be a comfortable sleeping arrangement for a guest, or yourself. the place is simple and stylish, the stone ceiling and walls gives it a strong character.

it is a perfect choice for people working from home as it has a nice workspace that I prepared for myself in the living room at the lockdown working from home time.
