1 room apartment for Interim rent (June-July)

I am renting my beautiful one room apartment for the period of approximately 2 months. The dates could be a little bit flexible if need be.
The apartment has underfloor heating that ensures warm feet, a store room, a fitted Kitchen (with a refrigerator, Microwave and Baking oven, Electric Kettle, Toast maker). There is also an electric BBQ grill in the apartment that you can use. The room has a study table, chair, and of course a study lamp. A TV screen is also available. The apartment has a very beautiful Balcony with a relaxing sofa where you can enjoy sun in the morning. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
The washing machines are in the keller and can be used for 2.50 euros per wash and drying each.
The supermarket netto is next building within 1 minute of walking, Kaufland and Rewe can also be reached in just under 10 mintues. The nearest tram stop is just 5 minutes and you can reach City center in just 15 minutes.
The rent is 497 Euros and the deposit is 300 euros that will of course be returned upon handing over the apartment in the same condition as provided.
