Parkplätze sind ausreichend in der Straße vorhanden.
Die Wohnung besteht aus:

- 1 Bad (mit Dusche und WC)
- 1 Flur
- 1 kleines Kellerabteil (leer)
Die Wohnung wird möbliert vermietet und enthält bereits:
- 1 Kochnische (2 Herdplatten nutzbar; kein Ofen)
- 1 Bett
- 1 Schrank
- 1 Kühlschrank
- 1 Garderobe
- 1 Tisch
- 1 Stuhl
Ein Supermarkt (Kaufland), eine Apotheke und 2 Straßenbahn-/Bus-Haltestellen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden wodurch man schnell direkt ins Zentrum kommt.
Haustiere sind nicht gestattet. Vergabe nur an Nichtraucher.
