Die Wohnung ist super geschnitten, hat eine Schlafnische und Küchen-Wohnbereich. Das Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne und Fenster.
Der Dachboden wurde erst 2014 zu einem Appartement ausgebaut.
Gerne würde ich einige Möbel in der Wohnung lassen, dazu gehören der neue Kühlschrank, ein Ofen, Regale. Auch eine Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, beim Damenviertel und Nordschule. Man benötigt ca 10 min bis zur Thulb, 15 min bis zum Campus zu Fuß. Eine Bahn fährt aber auch vor der Tür ab.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind unweit der Wohnung gelegen, Lidl und Rewe. Außerdem ist man schnell am Saaleufer und am Saalbahnhof.

Ich verlasse leider meine geliebte Wohnung, da ich mit meiner Freundin zusammenziehen möchte.
