Ich suche einen Nachmieter, der meine Wohnung ab Anfang März, maximal ab Mittel März übernimmt.
Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über 21,20 Quadratmeter und beinhaltet ein Wohnzimmer mit Singleküche (Spüle, Kühlschrank, Herd) und ein Bad mit Dusche. Der Boden ist laminiert und hat leichte Gebrauchsspuren. Das Bücherregal zwischen den beiden Fenstern und den Schrank über der Spüle würde ich da lassen (wenn sie ohnehin nicht eh wie auch Herd und Spüle Vonovia gehören). Eine Waschmaschine gibt es nicht, jedoch befinden sich in der Lutherstraße zwei Waschsalons, einer von ihnen nur ein paar Schritte von der Haustüre entfernt. Zu dem Haus gehören auch ein Keller für Fahrräder und ein Hinterhof mit Sitzgelegenheit.
Wohnungsbesichtigungen würde ich am 29.02.24 durchführen (ja, ist sehr kurzfristig 😅).

Die Wohnung liegt in der Lutherstraße und ist drei bis vier Minuten vom Ernst-Abbe-Platz/der Goethe-Galerie entfernt und ist somit ideal für Studenten, zusätzlich ist eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür. Netto und Tegut liegen in gleichen Abständen von der Wohnung.
