Ich vermeite ab sofort meine kleine, süße Wohnung in Jena (Nord). Ganz großartig: Sie hat nen nen Balkon. Dieser wird mit meiner super lieben Nachbarin geteilt, weswegen ich die Wohnung vorzugsweise an eine Frau vermieten möchte.
Ansonsten is sie sehr gut gelegen - alles, was man so braucht, is in unmittelbarer Nähe und schnell zu erreichen. Bus/S-Bahn vor der Tür, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Bank, Bahnhof: alles nich weit weg. Auch zur Uni und ins Zentrum is man fix mit dem Rad. Im Haus wohnen noch andere Studenten, die auch alle sehr liebe Menschen sind. Internet ist im Preis enthalten und vorhanden. Ich hätte noch nen Fernseher bei Interesse abzugeben ;)

P.s.: Es gibt im Keller ne Waschmaschine, die mitbenutzt werden kann.
P.p.s.: Die Kaution liegt so zwischen 500 und 600 Euro.
