Da in jedem Raum eine Fenster vorhanden ist ist die Wohnung schön hell. Sie verfügt zudem über eine seperate Küche, sodass beim Kochen nicht gleich die ganze Wohnung den Geruch annimmt. Der Balkon hat eine gute größe und bietet ein weites Blickfeld. Im Badezimmer ist Platz für eine Waschmaschine, die ich ggf. vor Ort lassen würde. Auf dem Dachböde steht aber auch eine Gemeinschaftswaschmaschiene, die mit Mpnzen bedient werden kann.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Holtenauer Straße und bietet sänliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe (Drogerie- und Lebensmittelläden 2min. zufuß entfernt). Die uni ist fußläufig in 10 minuten erreichbar. Zwei mal in der Woche findet ein Wochenmarkt auf dem nahegelegenen Blücherplatz statt.
