Eine kleine aber feine Wohnung. Kann man sich gut einrichten. Perfekt für die Berufsanfänger oder Studierende. Wurde von mir als Zweckswohnung benutzt. Ich bin kein Raucher und habe kaum gekocht (höchstens 5 mal in einem Jahr =D). Im 1.OG wohnt eine ganz ruhige Frau, die manchmal Besuch hat. Und ganz oben wohnt selbst der Vermieter, ein netter Dachdecker. Der Eingangsflur soll manchmal geputzt werden.
Den Eingang zur Wohnung liegt im Innenhof. Man hört weder Autos noch sonstigen Lärm. Ich bin aber berufstätig und bin kaum Zuhause gewesen.
Gute Erreichbarkeit des Stadtzentrums und Uni. Muthesius ist direkt in der Nähe. Post, Einkaufen, Schrevenpark, Bushaltestellen, Sportangebote, Döner, Discoklubs, Bergstraße und Dreiecksplatz alles zu Fuß oder Fahrrad erreichbar. Google Maps zeigt Dir alle Entfernungen noch besser.
Das einzige was extra zu Bezahlen wär, sind Strom und Internet. Das habe ich bei den Nebenkosten/Sonstige Kosten nicht eingetragen. Das sind abweichende Werte.
Der Vermieter möchte Gehaltsnahweise über 3 Monate und eine Schufa (request now) -Auskunft haben.
