Ab 01.09.2013 wird mein Zimmer im Boardinghouse-Kiel frei.
Die Zimmer werden voll möbliert vermietet. Das bedeute Bett, Kleiderschrank, Regale und ein Tisch sind vorhanden. Eine Pantryküche inklusive Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Besteck für 2 Personen ist auch vorhanden.
Da es das Boardinghouse erst seit Oktober 2011 gibt, wirkt alles noch sehr neu und unverbraucht. Das gilt besonders fürs Bad (mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC) und die Möbel. Das Fenster ist zum ruhigen Hinterhof raus.
Man hat sowohl mobil als auch per DSL/Kabel eine super Internetanbindung.
Im Haus wohnen überwiegend Studenten. Vermietet wird aber an alle die sich melden.
Das Zimmer eignet sich besonders gut für Studenten, da es bis zur Uni mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad nur ein paar Minuten sind. Die Buslinien 62/61 und 42 fahren direkt vor der Tür ab. Rewe, Netto und Sky sind nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Direkt neben dem Boardinghouse wird gerade ein neuer ALDI Markt gebaut.
