Die kleine Wohnung ist ein wares Raumwunder. Neben dem Wohn- Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Duschbad, eine Einbauküche und einen kleinen Balkon. Eine Waschmaschine kann in der Wohnung nicht betrieben werden. Es gibt aber in der Nähe Waschsalons.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein kleiner Abstellraum und ein geräumiger Kellerraum. Der Balkon ist auf der Rückseite des Hauses in Ostlage. Auf dem Hof steht ein überdachter Fahrradstand. Zur Uni sind es zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten.

Direkte Uninähe in einer ruhiger Seitenstraße (Fahrradstraße) Besser geht`s für Studierende nicht.
